Education Services
Education Services is responsible for the primary mandate of CCRCE and its schools. This includes the development and delivery of programs and related services that offer students the opportunity to "develop their potential and acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to contribute to a healthy society and a prosperous and sustainable economy" (Nova Scotia Department of Education Public School Programs).
Education Services is also deeply committed to CCRCE's Vision, Misson, and Values. Education Services staff members are dedicated to maximizing student learning in a safe, supportive, and socially just environment and work closely with CCRCE's 67 schools supporting them as they establish and adopt Professional Learning Community structures and practices.
Within the context of an inclusive, student-centered environment, Education Services strives to meet the diverse learning needs of all students from pre-primary to senior high school.
Education Services is made up of the Programs and Student Services Department and the System Administration Department.
